Biosolids and soil quality control

EFAR members regularly sample the sludge before the beginning of the landspreading application. This sample is sent to independant and accredited laboratories for analyses. Only the sludge complient with the maximum PTE limit values are spead on land.

Regularly soil analyses are also carried out to assess the impact on soil quality.
